Tres Beau Chic April Winners

“Milea” by Kimmera Madison

Bustled, embroidered, etched, draped and feathered… Milea is an intoxicating offering from the soon to be wed, Kimmera Madison of Tres Beau. Love must compliment her because it shows in her latest pieces, of which this is one example. Milea is spellbinding with its rich black and purple presentation that creates an air of drama and mystery.
The textures and work in this dress are probably some of the finest I have seen in SL. The bodice consists of sheer black lace for the shoulder area that attaches to purple leather in the corset. She created a panel in the back of silver embroidery and repeated it on the edgings at the front. The corset is closed with gold frogs.
The worked black leather of the overlay on the skirt is a myriad of lines giving texture and flow and creates an almost armour feel before giving way to the layers of sheer purple lace that dance around the legs. Dark embroidery on the overskirt also creates dimension and drama. Kimmera sculpts the skirt into a shape that is just so sexy and fun – you will love this addition to your SL wardrobe.
The shoulders are covered in a fantastic purple feathered wrap and scrunched leather gloves are added. The hat is simple and effective and takes this outfit right to the top with “Wow” factor.
You can dress the outfit down by removing the hat, the feathers and the overskirt to have a really hot mini dress that is much more subtle but equally ramped.

“Tiffany” by Kimmera Madison.
May I present Tiffany – a beguiling creation from Kimmera Madison with Tres Beau for the bride who is looking for something completely different.
This dream dress consists of a tight form fitting sleeveless sheath dress of a soft ballet pink with just a sprinkle of lilac in the pattern. Full blooms and petals dance around the dress, suspended in air to create both the skirt and the train ….
You can sense the wind through the flowers, the movement, in such a delicate array. Kimmera has created magic. A wrap of the same design covers the shoulders and she finishes it all off with a gorgeous oversized rose for the hair. The rose can be resized to suit any hairstyle or desire.

“Monarch,” by Kimmera Madison.
As fall approaches nature greets us with a feast of deep russets and golds and everything is crisp and vibrant. Kimmera Madison of Tres Beau greets the fall with her stunning “Monarch.” Rich golds and tawny oranges offset with veins of black make this dress a knock-out. Each panel of the skirt appears to be a perfect butterfly wing attached at the waist of a sculpted and gathered bodice that is all caught with a large butterfly. The bodice is offset at the top with soft black feathers that skim across the décolletage making the dress incredibly elegant.

“Princess Aura,” by Kimmera Madison
Kimmera Madison of Tres Beau continues her exploration and love of all things Asian, in her creation entitled “Princess Aura.”
The simple quiet charm of this elegant dress is one of those timeless, border-less dresses that refuses to be pigeon-holed. Like all the traditional pieces, this one can be worn to an early morning tea or an elegant dinner party, depending on your hair and accessories. Kimmera has allowed for the peplum to be optional and it can also be resized so there is no problem achieving the exact look you are after.
The dress itself is a traditional cheongsam which basically means “long dress.” These are so incredibly popular and some version of them always seems to make its way into the fashion parades each season. Kimmera’s version keeps the influence alive, using a traditional Asian pattern of deep reds, black and white. It is accented with a mandrin collar and black frogs. The full leg slits ramp up the volume and you just know where ever you go, heads will turn. Adding one of Kimmera’s gorgeously detailed peplum gives creates a silhouette you have come to know and love from Tres Beau and gives the cheongsam a freshness that speaks to this season.

“Nadine” by Kimmera Madison
Nadine is one of the next ensembles from the new pages of Kimmera Madison with Tres Beau. One wonders where she finds the time for her whirlwind life and her steamy romances. I think perhaps her muse, Nave Fall, must be credited for some of her endless energy, he is certainly responsible for the ridiculous grin that is permanently plastered on her face …..but I digress ….
Nadine is one of the amazing groupings Kimmera does where you have as many options as you can think of with all the pieces. Pants, capris, skirt … to peplum or not .. that is the question …
The top is a beautiful glossy Satin with a gorgeous taupe, grey and white paisley pattern, I absolutely loved the look of the simpler top with the pants, so very pretty. She sets the design of the top off with a low cut black collar. Add the peplum with its signature ruffles and luxurious extravagance of material, and you feel completely decadent. It is always 3 things for me with Kimmera’s designs .. The lines, the gorgeous textures and that NOTHING is ever skimped on.
Simple accompanying pants, capris and pencil skirt – all of them in black, only serve to further showcase the gorgeous top. AND of course we have one of Kimmera’s fabulous hats, for that sexy, eye peek that no man can resists.

“Ginger Jar” by Kimmera Madison
The Ginger Jar is a stunning new creation from Kimmera Madison of Tres Beau. Etched in the tradtional pattern of blue and white, the dress comes with two skirt option or either sculpted or flexy. Both skirts are chapel length trains and the flexy one is so gorgeous, having almost a fluted effect when you walk, that you will fall in love with it the moment you put it on .
The sheath bodice is simple with a lovely inverted subtle ruffle that flutters over the décolletage, creating such a feminine neckline. What I love most about this ball gown is the way in which Kimmera has interpreted the design of the ginger jar. She has taken each element and used particular parts of the pattern to emphasize the lines of the dress. Check out the bodice and then the detailing in the band that attaches the ruffled top. Look at the use of the shading and colours in the skirt .. It is really exquisite.
When you have a gown so lovely that it requires nothing more than you in it, you have really achieved something. Another lovely lovely offering from the talented Kimmera Madison.

“Geo” by Kimmera Madison
Geo by Kimmera Madison pf Tres Beau is a fantastic little cocktail dress in stunning black and white sequins. Bold stripes of black off set by smaller bands of white make this dress sophisticated and fun.
This tight mini skirt covers the wow factor in a couple of unique ways without resorting to just more gratuitous skin. Completely backless, the sleeves are pulled tight to the sides keeping the ruffled edges appearing more as extensions to the dress than sleeves. The ruffles are of a sheer matching black edged in white ribbon – eye catching and very dramatic.
Once again Kimmera has managed to encompass sexy with sophisticated while keeping it ultra feminine and classy. This is a great dress for the summer and those evenings when you want to stand out from all the soft pretty looks of summer dresses … totally unexpected and WOW!!
